		<description>Thank you for all these inteventions.  I would add, though, that these will be effective only if the teacher actually can focus on the student.  In a class completely populated by EBD students, this is sometimes impossible.  The msot important resource for actually accomplishing instruction in this kind of classroom is support personnel. </description>
